PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. Description
ZDLQ electronic three-way confluence control valve / ZDLX
electronic three-way shunt control valve consists of 3810L (or PSL
series) straight-stroke electronic electric actuator and three-way
valve. The three-way valve spool structure adopts a cylinder thin
wall window and adopts the side direction of the spool. It is
applied to proportional regulation or bypass regulation, especially
to the regulation of fluid temperature control system of heat
exchanger in petroleum industry.
2. Featrues of Electronic Three Way Regulating Valve
The electric actuator of the electronic three-way regulating valve
is an electronic integrated structure with the function of feeding
clothes. It receives a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or
1-5V.DC, converts the current signal into the corresponding linear
displacement, automatically controls the opening of the regulating
valve, and achieves the pressure, flow, temperature and level of
the fluid in the pipeline. Continuous adjustment of technical
parameters.
3. Advantage
The electronic electric three way regulating valve has the
advantages of high adjustment precision, stable and reliable
movement and so on. The confluence type is mainly used to mix two
fluids into a third type of fluid; the diversion type is mainly
used to separate one fluid into two fluids. This product can
replace two single and double seat regulating valves which are on
and off each other. It is used for regulating and controlling
liquid, gas, steam and other media. One three-way valve can replace
two single-seat valves or two-seat valves, occupying small space,
saving installation pipes and costs.
