    Check Valve PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

    Metal seat Free Acting Check Valve to prevent reverse flow, suitable for water, wastewater and sewage applications.Flanges to BSEN 1092-2 table - PN16 BS4504, size range 100-1400mm, cast or Ductile iron with gunmetal seats.
    Certain applications, particularly those associated with centrifugal pumping sets demand a higher standard of performance than the standard type of check valve can offer. The Hi-Check is designed to cope with those more arduous conditions, being able to handle higher velocities and offering quicker response to deceleration of the column to minimise slamming and resultant surges. This is achieved by low seat angle. The Hi-Check valves open fully under flow and this reduces head loss in the open position.
    To cope with particularly arduous conditions a range of special weight doors are available, please submit details of your application with any enquiry.
