PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. Description
Introduction:
TongJiang concentric double flanged butterfly valve with face to
face according to EN558-1/20. Suitable for mounting between flanges
and can be used in many general applications such as in water
distribution, water treatment, dams, power plants and in many
other. The valve can be used as a stopper, a tap for discharging at
the end of the pipeline, open/close and flow control. The threaded
holes make it easy to install or uninstall from the pipeline.
Operation can be manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric.

- Replaceable rubber sleeve with integrated seal for functionally
reliable use for flared flanges, welding flanges, PE flanges as
well as loose flanges with V-collar
- Stable sealing seat due to liner with vulcanized support ring
- Tight in both flow directions
- Anti-blowout shafts
- Tightness to DIN EN 12 266-1, leak-rate A
- Actuator flange connection acc. to ISO 5211
- Freeshaft
- Body: ductile cast iron GGG40/50
- Disc: ductile cast iron GGG40/50
- Sleeve: EPDM
- Valve shaft: stainless steel 1.4021
